processed?
A . All domestic orders placed before, noon (12PM EST)
will be shipped the same business day. For international
orders, all orders will ship the next business day.
2. Can you ship internationally?

3. What is the warranty on your
bags?
A . All bags have a lifetime warranty. For more information,

4. What do I need to do to return
my bag for a refund/exchange?
A . First you’ll need to obtain a RMA# from a
customer service rep., either by phone or email. For
more information please see the policies
page.
5. How do I clean my bag?
A. For print bags: Due to it being silk brocade, dry
cleaning recommended. Request "short cycle"
at your local dry cleaning facility. For spot cleaning:
Gently spot clean with sponge and mild soapy water (may
leave water spots). Gently rub area, Rubbing too hard
may cause fabric to pill.
For nylon bags: For light stains use clean water and
a sponge gently. Rinse area thoroughly with clean water.
For heavy stains use a mild detergent and water to create
soak solution. Gently sponge spot with soapy water.
Let it sit on the stain for 3-5 minuters, then sponge
gently if needed. Rinse area with clean water.
For faux leather bags: Wipe clean with wet sponge.
Dry with towel. Use mildy soapy water if necesary.
